1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GetJustly's platform, website, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access our Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our Services, including lawyers, clients, and administrative users.

2. Description of Services

GetJustly provides a legal services platform connecting clients with verified lawyers. Our Services include but are not limited to:

• Lawyer profile management and verification
• Complaint submission and case management
• Client-lawyer matching and communication
• Document management and secure file sharing
• Case tracking and status updates

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Submit false or misleading information
• Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Services
• Collect or harvest user data without consent

5. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GetJustly Inc. and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of GetJustly Inc.

6. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Services may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide notice of any price changes before they take effect.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through your account settings or by contacting us.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GetJustly Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Rwanda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
