Filing a Complaint
How to File
- Go to Complaints in the sidebar.
- Click New Complaint.
- Select the complaint category (e.g., property, employment, family, GBV).
- Describe the incident with as much detail as possible.
- Attach any supporting evidence (photos, documents, recordings).
- Submit — your complaint receives a unique tracking ID.
What Happens Next
Depending on the complaint type, it may be routed to a lawyer for review, forwarded to the relevant authority, or both. You can track the status in real-time from your dashboard.
