Filing a Complaint

How to File

  1. Go to Complaints in the sidebar.
  2. Click New Complaint.
  3. Select the complaint category (e.g., property, employment, family, GBV).
  4. Describe the incident with as much detail as possible.
  5. Attach any supporting evidence (photos, documents, recordings).
  6. Submit — your complaint receives a unique tracking ID.

What Happens Next

Depending on the complaint type, it may be routed to a lawyer for review, forwarded to the relevant authority, or both. You can track the status in real-time from your dashboard.
